Stainless or plastic modular chain: gentle conveying, tight curves, easy sanitation

Chain conveyors use two types of conveying chain, chosen according to the area and the product. The food-grade stainless chain is the standard for areas with intensive washing and strict hygiene: welded and polished construction, with no dead corners, resistant to high-pressure water jets and aggressive detergents. The plastic modular chain (PE, PP, POM) is ideal for routes with curves, gentle conveying of packaged products and quiet operation.

The materials used - stainless steel, polyethylene, polypropylene or POM acetal - are certified for food contact and resist grease, oils, light acids and detergents. Both versions are easy to sanitize, and the structure, motors and gearboxes are of sealed design. SELF TRUST delivers the systems with the technical documentation needed to validate the production line.
