FAN Courier Express is a Romanian company established in 1998, the leader of the courier market since 2006, with a fleet of over 3,100 vehicles.
The client requested a solution to streamline the process of receiving and sorting parcels on predefined routes. Because the variety of processed parcels is a very large one, in the configuration of the sorting solution, atypical parcels were also taken into account: both the small ones (s) and the larger ones (tires or big boxes). By implementing the conveyor system, 4 input areas were created, each area being able to pick up parcels from one car, and a sorting and buffer parcels of over 150 meters.
