Rubber Belts — Resistant to Impact, Abrasion and Heavy Loads
Rubber belts with textile plies for conveying bulk, abrasive materials or materials with sharp edges. We choose the strength class, the number of plies and the cover type according to the material conveyed and the length of the run.

Technical description
Rubber belts: resistance to the harshest conditions in industry
Rubber conveyor belts are designed for applications where PVC or PU belts can't cope - strong impact at loading, severe abrasion, high temperature or contact with mineral oils. The classic construction with EP (polyester-polyamide) or NN (polyamide-polyamide) fabric inserts ensures tensile strength and cold flexibility.
The defining characteristic of the rubber belt is the ability to absorb impact at loading, protecting both the product and the conveyors. The cover layer, of abrasion-resistant rubber classified AA, A or B per ISO 10247, determines the service life according to the type of material conveyed. SELF TRUST delivers rubber belts in all standard widths and cuts them to the exact length needed.

Key benefits
Impact absorption during loading with the hopper
The thicker rubber layer under the loading point absorbs impact and protects the insert.
Class AA for maximum abrasion
Class AA rubber resists hard aggregates, mining and any abrasive material with maximum service life.
Oil resistanceuri minerale (OR)
Belts with OR (Oil Resistant) coating withstand accidental contact with mineral oils and lubricants.
Thermal resistance T1-T3
Above 80 °C, an ordinary belt loses its properties. Compounds based on EPDM or butyl cover up to 110 °C (T1), 130 °C (T2) or 160 °C (T3).
Any width and tensile strength
The transversely placed metal ply absorbs the impact of material with sharp edges — crushed stone, ore, construction waste.
Cutting and splicing included
we cut belt at length exact and it joints vulcanized at hot or mechanical in workshop our or on site.
