Industrial Rotary Tables — Accumulation and Product Pick-up

At the end of a production line, almost always the same problem arises: the line delivers continuously, but the pick-up of products — by operators or by the next equipment — happens at a variable pace. The rotary table solves this gap: products arriving from the conveyor are picked up onto the rotating plate, where they accumulate and circulate until they are removed. The line doesn't stop, and the operators work at their own pace.

We make driven rotary tables, with a stainless plate for the food industry or painted steel for industrial applications, on a reinforced frame and polyamide casters with brake for repositioning. The diameter is set according to the product size and the line cadence — the greater the accumulation needed, the wider the plate. They are frequently used in bakeries, for picking up warm bread to be put into crates, but also on bottling or packaging lines.
