Technical description
Cleated belts: the solution for inclined conveying without the product slipping
Cleated belts solve one of the most common problems of inclined conveying: the product sliding or rolling down the conveyor. Transverse cleats and longitudinal guides for guiding and holding the product in position, or transverse ones for retention on the incline - they are vulcanized directly onto the base belt, forming a high-strength unitary body.
SELF TRUST delivers cleated belts based on PVC, PU or rubber, with standard or fully custom profiles. The cleat height, pitch, shape (rectangular, rounded, V, T) and material are set according to the product type, incline angle and working environment. We also deliver belts with side guides to prevent products from falling off the belt.
