De ce se folosesc lanțuri modulare pe liniile de îmbuteliere?

Pentru că permit trasee curbe fără transfer între conveioare, suportă spălarea frecventă și transportă stabil recipiente înalte și înguste, cum sunt sticlele și dozele. Lanțul din inox se folosește la sarcini mari și temperaturi ridicate, iar cel din plastic acolo unde contează greutatea redusă și funcționarea silențioasă.

Cum se evită căderea recipientelor pe curbe și la accelerare?

Prin dimensionarea corectă a razei curbelor, prin ghidaje laterale reglabile și prin corelarea vitezelor între tronsoane, astfel încât produsul să nu fie accelerat brusc. La liniile rapide se folosesc și zone de acumulare care preiau variațiile de ritm dintre utilaje, fără a opri linia.
