Rolele gravitaționale funcționează prin înclinarea traseului, fără consum de energie, și sunt potrivite pentru distanțe scurte și produse cu greutate suficientă pentru a porni singure. Rolele acționate, antrenate prin lanț, curea sau motoare integrate în rolă, se folosesc pe traseu orizontal, la distanțe mari, la produse ușoare sau acolo unde este necesar controlul vitezei și al opririi.

Ce dimensiuni trebuie să aibă produsul pentru un conveior cu role?

Regula uzuală: baza produsului trebuie să se sprijine în orice moment pe minimum trei role. Din această condiție rezultă pasul dintre role, în funcție de cea mai mică dimensiune a produsului transportat. Produsele cu bază moale, neregulată sau cu deschideri mari nu sunt potrivite pentru role și necesită bandă sau tăvi purtătoare.

Din ce materiale se execută rolele?

Oțel galvanizat pentru aplicații uzuale, inox pentru medii umede și industria alimentară, aluminiu pentru sarcini reduse și inerție mică, iar rolele cu bandaj din PVC sau poliuretan acolo unde este necesară protejarea suprafeței produsului sau reducerea zgomotului.

Roller conveyors are the optimal solution for transporting rigid products - cardboard boxes, trays, pallets, containers or industrial parts. Cylindrical rollers mounted at a fixed pitch allow smooth transport without continuous surfaces, with minimal friction and no risk of packaging damage.

There are two main configurations: gravity, where the product advances on a gentle 1.5-3 degree incline without energy consumption, and driven with a central motor or individual 24V DC motors on each roller. This allows zero-pressure accumulation, essential in the picking and sorting systems of modern warehouses.
